Lately, I've had several conversations with industry professionals feeling the pressure of uncertain project pipelines. I've talked to numerous people over the last two weeks who are uncertain about their next project - which is frankly making them nervous about the future of their employment. In many cases the communication from leadership about what's next has been unclear. If you're a leader and your teams project is wrapping up in the next couple of months and they don't know where they're going, please communicate what the plan is for them. Your proactive communication can make all the difference in keeping your team motivated and secure in their roles.
