?? Excited to Share My Latest Project: Nightmare Hunter! ?? After spending time learning the ins and outs of 2D game development, I’ve started working on a shooting game called Nightmare Hunter. This game is especially exciting for me because I’m creating all the art from scratch. Nightmare Hunter is set in a dark, eerie world filled with skeletons and zombies. It’s all about running, jumping, and shooting your way through challenging platforms while battling the undead. The script smoothly transitions between standing and crouching, checking for obstacles to ensure realistic gameplay. Head Bobbing: Added a head bobbing effect to create a more immersive and realistic first-person experience. The script simulates natural head movement while walking, enhancing the overall atmosphere. ?? Excited to share my latest project! ?? ?? A 3D version of the classic Tetris game! ?? I've just integrated a 3D version of the original Tetris game into my website, now in beta. It's built using Next.js for a seamless and performant web experience, and Three.js for stunning 3D graphics. ??? Key Features: ? Smooth, real-time 3D rendering using threejs (a library for WebGL). ? Intuitive gameplay with responsive controls. ? Currently optimized for desktop only (mobile support coming soon). ?? Technologies Used: ? Next.js: For server-side rendering and optimized build performance. ? Three.js: To create 3D graphics and animations. ? React Three Fiber: For building declarative 3D scenes with React. ? Creating art for a 2D game can be a daunting task, especially considering I’m colorblind. However, my latest project has proven to be a great start despite this challenge.
