Five months have gone by as CRO, and it has been an incredible whirlwind journey where the old saying that you’re never too old to learn definitely rings true! Helping the wireless electronics industry as well as the renewable energy sector is fascinating. Working with elite specialists from Wirtek, and a talented and passionate sales and marketing team, has been a highlight. I’ve seen firsthand how our advanced software solutions and engineering integrate seamlessly with cutting-edge hardware technologies to optimise energy production, enhance grid stability, and support the integration of renewable resources. Additionally, meeting a vast number of incredible clients, not to mention potential new ones, and understanding how they work towards their end goals has been truly enlightening. I’m incredibly proud of the strides we’ve made in such a short time and the positive impact I see we’re having on the energy sector. Recently, I found myself stepping into a new role, one that was far different from anything I had done before. Up until now, my days were spent in the comfort of an office, surrounded by stacks of paperwork, project plans, and spreadsheets. But this new position was different. It required me to leave my desk behind and venture into uncharted territory. The task was daunting—a new environment, new responsibilities, and the challenge of balancing the familiar administrative work with something far more tangible. This journey taught me an invaluable lesson: there is no harm in trying something new, even if it seems outside your comfort zone. There is nothing wrong with stepping beyond your norm and embracing a different side of your profession. In fact, it is in these moments of exploration that we discover our true potential and grow beyond our self-imposed limitations. Glimpse to Intersolar through my eyes in DAY1. 11 meetings, 20 000 steps, 2 sparkling drinks (thanks to Norwegian pavilion!) ??. PV modules and inverters explored. ???? Many more companies exhibiting this year, so understandably the market continues to expand. On another hand, EU-made PV equipment producers are concerned about their significant price difference and sales. ?? (This is why we will start to collect a new group to our workshop for industry's sales people right after Intersolar. ??) A solid industry and career prospects are limitlless.

Gooood Morning fellow network! On May 26th 2021 I started EML Recruitment group after years of saving, planning and preparing. The last three years has been insane. Here is a snapshot... + Made loads of mistakes? ? + Trust people too much when maybe i shouldn't have? ? + Learnt the importance of working with cients whom genuinly have the same values as you? ? + Used my instinct to hire great people who are as emotionally invested in the business as me? ? + Have multiple sleepness nights worrying about cashflow? (big tick) ? + Learnt the importance of being selective with clients? ? + Know what your good at, know what you need to change and then create a plan which can be executed in a simple manner *Big learn from me*? + Learnt how to juggle family and work - Still working on this one- ?? Overall, the last three years has been well worth all the pain and challanges. One of the biggest things i have learnt though is being objectively self reflective. I believe, this is such an important piece to leadership and running a company regardless of its size. On the note of what needs to be changed, EML stands for "emotive learning" and whilst it had huge emotional connections with me through the preporation of going alone, it's no longer representative of what the company is today. So as we turn the corner and look to the next 3 years, my wife (who's the smart one) suggested a name which represents us so effectively.... Voltaic Group Ltd. - Voltaic:- Adjective- producing direct electric current by chemical action. Allessandro Volta was an italian Physicist who created the worlds first battery in 1800. Whilst we are not claiming to be on the same level as him, we are similair by our desire to accelorating progress. We just do it one placement at a time. Thank you for everyone who has helped me in the last 3 years and please keep your phone available as i will no doubt need your continued advice for the next 3. Anyone who wants to take the leap, be brave, prepare and execute. when you look back on everything, the challanges are what made it interesting.
