Stop wasting your time with a counter-offer; it's only a ticking time bomb. Statistics suggest that a large number of employees who accept counter-offers leave within a short period. A striking 80% leave within the next six months, with the figure rising to 90% within a year. The counter-offer may address immediate concerns but often fails to resolve the underlying reasons why they are leaving in the first place. Employers and employees, keep this in mind... Does the counter truly resolve the issue?

Dear companies, what does it mean to provide cab facilities during night shifts? It means ensuring the safe transportation of female employees to their homes. Stop making excuses like the cab can’t go all the way just to save a few rupees on petrol. If you are offering cab facilities, fulfill the promise entirely. Ensuring the security of female employees is the company’s responsibility. If you cannot do that, then don’t hire female employees for night shifts.
