This is insightful. While this is not an all inclusive list, it is a good start and serves as a strong foundation for good company culture. It should go without saying that employee's need to be trusted and respected (until the individual employee violates that trust). Employees are people and have lives outside of work. Employers need to understand this and be flexible when the lines between work and life become blurred. Failure to do so, could result in the lost of valued employees. Employees are looking for professional growth and will most likely use your organization as step in their career path. To maximize their productivity within your organization, support their professional growth so they will stay longer than they normally would. After all, if you won't support their professional growth, your competitor most likely will. Take of your employees and they will take care of your organization.

Human-to-human factors should be reduced to achieve the set of such organizational goals. New generations of managers and leaders are coming up with more rigid mindset who think they're always or already right. Systems with well defined jobs, enabling self assessment and selecting of new goals and roles for themselves is the way forward to make it possible.
