A group of individual contributors who are really good at what they do, without too much overlap. A selflessness to help elevate each other, but ready to execute when called upon. Their words took me back to a moment that transformed my life and career forever. It wasn't at the Olympics, but at the SLS World Cup of Transformation in Mexico City. As I stood there, holding the Philippine flag ????, I felt a surge of pride and responsibility that I had never experienced before.
