Military transition is a challenging process. The good news is that you don’t have to do it alone like I did. I didn’t understand what I was going through, and neither did anyone around me. Today, the Leader Transition Institute is leading the way with its one of a kind program, Changing Focus: Moving From We to Me. We’ll provide you with the tools, knowledge, and support you need as you walk through this time of your life. As the post below says, it doesn’t matter where you are in your transition journey - there’s a place for you in a cohort. Please don’t shortchange yourself by saying playing with Lego bricks and/or painting is frivolous or beneath you. It’s really not. Please don’t say I’m too senior in my career to participate in something like this. Most of our participants are senior officers and senior NCOs.
