Hi, I'm Jake Gustafson, Project Manager at Forte Living and here today I'm going to take you behind the build of our custom home up in the Summit Club. Right now we're building a just over 11,000 square foot house, single story single family residence. It's comprised of six beds, 8 baths and we're just in the final stages of the home right now. So this is where it's getting to be the most exciting part part of the job. We're just a short few weeks away of turning this over to the homeowners right now on the exterior of the home, we just finished the remainder of our. Flat work. So that's completed as the driveway was poured last week and then our entry gate has been installed and we're finishing up the final touches and wiring all that you can see the landscaping is just about done as well. All the landscape lighting is going in. All the plants are in the ground, so that's the last part of the exterior. Once we move on to the interior of the house, this is when all of the finishes are going on. So we're in this transition between finishing the remainder of the scope for each trade and then going into finishing all the punch list items. In closing it off room by room here in a little bit, even though this job will be finished and we get C of O here in a few weeks, there's still a little bit left remaining as far as closing out contracts on the job and then we'll be finishing the owner transition book. Then this will basically give the the homeowners the Inns and outs of their new home and know how to work everything in there.
