Gary Brabant calls Rawsonville “the little plant that could” and they sure can! Thanks to Alicia Banks and Gary for sharing their stories. #WeAreFord
During the COVID crisis, our team at Rawsonville Components Plant produced over 50,000 ventilators. Today, it’s where we assemble batteries for our electric and hybrid vehicles. I’m always inspired by our team members, especially multi-generation Ford Motor Company families like Alicia Banks's and Gary Brabant's. Great meeting you both and thank you for your contributions and service! #WeAreFord #FordMotorCompany
We are a part of each Ford Car ??. It’s a Teamwork. #WeAreFord

It's inspiring to see Rawsonville Components Plant's evolution from producing ventilators to assembling electric vehicle batteries, with dedicated team members like Alicia Banks and Gary Brabant making a significant impact.
My brother in law Ron Giffin started there in the early 60 s on the line and ended up a Superintendent. Quite a career.
The little plant that sure CAN ???? !!!!! Many good friends were part of the Ventilators program, this a great success story !

3 周Tell Mr. Ford — this is how we buy automobiles — step one — go to IIHS highway safety and pick only vehicles on the award winning list — how many Fords are on step one —- step two — choose about six models that look good — call insurance broker and see how much it is to ensure each one the prices different for each vehicle step 3– eliminate all turbo rubber band transmissions anything with mechanical problems and anything all electric —- how many Fords models meet that requirement?
