I recently had a Director of Engineering say to me that his Company "disagrees with exclusivity." In other words... 1?? They don't see the benefit of being accountable to one trusted recruitment firm 2?? They prefer to have recruitment firms working against themselves because they have little respect for the profession 3?? They prefer to prolong the search and waste their time receiving duplicate submissions 4?? They prefer to create an atmosphere of distrust which leads to fewer roles being filled, and if they are filled, greater turnover numbers within the first year of employment. ?? Insight: You wouldn't treat any other profession in this manner. When your pipe is leaking, you enlist the service of one plumber. If you need legal representation, you retain one law firm. If you need work to be done on your home, you get quotes from several contractors, before deciding to go with one. Recruitment is the only profession where we are okay to have more than one service provider working for us, and we wonder why the results are what they are. This download is FREE! With 3,141 county court systems nationwide, changes and delays are sometimes unavoidable. Here is the latest information on states and counties experiencing delays: ?? Colorado: CO 'Clean Slate Act' Effective July 1, 2024: Arrest records without convictions will be sealed automatically. Certain convictions will be sealed after a specified time if no new crimes are committed. Violent crimes are exempt and will still be reported in full. ?? Ohio: Cuyahoga County and Lyndhurst Municipal Courts: Updating their case management systems, expect delays. ?? Nevada: Carson City County: Short-staffed, expect delays of 7-10 business days. Washoe County - Incline Village Township: Delays of 7-14 days. ?? Tennessee: Marion County Clerk: Extended absence causing delays. ?? Texas: Bexar County: Merging court records into a single portal, causing delays. Jefferson County: Transitioning to a new system, no ETA on delays. ?? General Court Delays: Arizona: Gila County: Taking six weeks. California: All counties: Have removed personal identifying information, causing delays.
