In order to enable the safe operation of these collaborative operating #UAS, the Joint Authorities for Rulemaking on Unmanned Systems (JARUS official ) have presented the concept for a technical "Management of Multiple Simultaneous UA Flight Operations (MSO)", which is intended to provide the basis for a higher-level control system in order to be able to safely deploy a coordinated or independently flying formation of drones or even jointly operating manned and unmanned systems.
