Meet Emperor, Galatea, and Prince! Three of ten new colours that we are launching along with Danish curtain design company, ARNE AKSEL. The mission? Bringing more colours into people’s lives. Therefore, we have launched a paint collection of ten colors developed to match the ARNE AKSEL curtain collection. Arne Aksel, Creative Director and Founder of Arne Aksel says: ? ‘’The inspiration for our first paint collection in collaboration with Flügger comes from the diversity of the Earth and the universe. We often let ourselves be inspired and influenced by our immediate surroundings, by what is right here on Earth. And continues: ‘’But for this collection, we’ve looked a bit further out. We want to evoke humility and gratitude for diversity on all levels... and that's how our minds work.’’ Fie Hetting, Head of Design at Flügger Group: ‘’The way you perceive and experience your home is fundamentally linked to colours. Not just the colours on the walls, but of all colours in your home. This is particularly visible in the interplay between the curtains and other textiles, and the colours on your walls. This is why we are proud and happy to partner up with the innovative ARNE AKSEL on this colourful mission.’ THE TEN COLORS? EUROPA is a dusty pink, named after Jupiter's fourth-largest moon, known for the fine red lines on its surface. GALATEA is golden green like a crisp French olive, sharing its name with one of Jupiter's small, irregular moons, which deserves far more attention than it receives. BARON is deep and rich like a dark-roasted cocoa bean, so saturated with pigment that it has earned a noble title. GOVERNOR is a rich, dark orange so bold and assertive that we named it after a governor. JAPAN is an alluring deep red that balances modern and classic elements almost as successfully as the country itself, known for everything from temples and tea ceremonies to Pokémon and the Shinkansen. EMPEROR is a soft, light yellow inspired by the mythical Emperor Huangdi, whose yellow robes symbolized his wisdom and connection to the earth. ANDROMEDA is a light mint blue, as gentle and beautiful as the Greek mythological princess who became a constellation after her death, ensuring her bravery is always remembered. NEPTUN is a crystal blue aquamarine, sharing its name with the ruler of the seas and the only planet in the solar system that is even bluer than the Blue Planet. BHUTAN is a soft yet strong orange, named in tribute to the only country in the world that has made the happiness of its population an official policy. PRINCE is as deep and dramatic as the iconic musician the color is named after. A powerful purple shade with a hint of pink. The Flower of Life: A Journey Through Sacred Geometry Post Accredited To Mr. Singleton ?, ?, ?, ???? Introduction The Flower of Life is a symbol revered across various cultures and spiritual traditions, often regarded as a fundamental representation of the interconnectedness of life and the universe. Its intricate geometric pattern, consisting of multiple evenly spaced, overlapping circles, forms a flower-like structure that is both mesmerizing and deeply symbolic. Historical Significance The Flower of Life has been found in ancient artifacts and temples worldwide, from the Temple of Osiris in Egypt to Chinese and Indian temples, and even within Leonardo da Vinci’s studies. Its presence in such diverse cultures underscores its universal appeal and the shared understanding of its significance. In ancient Egypt, the Flower of Life was believed to hold the secrets of the universe. It adorned temples and sacred spaces, symbolizing creation and the cycle of life. Similarly, in various Asian cultures, it is seen as a blueprint for the underlying order of the cosmos. Geometry and Symbolism The Flower of Life is a classic example of sacred geometry, which is the study of geometric shapes and their connections to the natural world. The pattern begins with a single circle, and subsequent circles are drawn around it, each one overlapping the previous ones perfectly. This results in a complex, interlocking design that resembles a blooming flower. The symbol’s geometry is rich with meaning: ? Circles: Represent cycles, unity, and infinity. ? Interlocking circles: Symbolize the interconnectedness of all life and the unity of all things in the universe. ? Flower-like pattern: Denotes beauty, growth, and the unfolding of creation. Spiritual and Metaphysical Interpretations For many, the Flower of Life is more than just a geometric pattern; it is a profound spiritual symbol. It is often associated with the concept of creation and the sacred patterns of the universe. Some believe that meditating on the Flower of Life can lead to enlightenment and a understanding of one's place in the cosmos. In metaphysical traditions, the symbol is thought to embody the Akashic Records—a compendium of all universal events, thoughts, words, and actions. This belief holds that the Flower of Life contains the blueprint of existence. Contemporary Usage In modern times, the Flower of Life continues to captivate and inspire. It is a popular motif in art, architecture, and jewelry, often used to convey harmony, balance, and a sense of the sacred. Many people use it as a meditation tool or as a talisman to bring positive energy. The Flower of Life stands as a testament to the beauty and complexity of the universe. Its timeless appeal lies in its perfect geometry and profound symbolism, making it a source of inspiration and wonder for countless generations. #Geometry #Mysteries #Ancient #Beauty Notes ?? "Memento mori" is a Latin phrase that means "remember that you will die" and serves as a reminder of human mortality. The artwork you have shared seems to represent this concept in a visual and symbolic way. In the painting, a skull floating in the sky stands out, evoking the inevitability of death. The skull, a classic symbol of death, is prominently displayed and stands out against the soft-colored background, creating a contrast that highlights its significance. The landscape beneath the skull appears to be a surreal and desolate terrain, which could symbolize the transitory and ephemeral nature of life. The elements on the ground, with their varied shapes and colors, might represent the diversity of human experiences and emotions, all of which ultimately end in death. The use of clouds and the vastness of the sky might also suggest the idea that death is a natural and inevitable part of the life cycle, something that is always present but often goes unnoticed in our daily lives. Overall, this artwork seems to invite the viewer to reflect on the nature of life and the certainty of death, reminding us of the importance of living fully and being aware of our own mortality. #art # #mementomori ##surrealism

YALI( did you know) We love our kanjivarams , they are priceless. But have we observed the motifs minutely ? You may spot a magnificent Yali there..Yalis continue to inspire art, literature, and architecture in India, representing the rich cultural heritage and mythological diversity of ancient India. Yali mythology is fascinating and deeply rooted in ancient Indian culture, particularly in Hinduism. Here are some additional interesting facts about Yali: Origins- 1. The Yali is considered a mythical creature born from the union of an elephant (representing strength and stability) and a lion (symbolizing courage and power). 2. In Sanskrit, Yali is also known as Vyala, which means "monster" or "mythical creature." Symbolism: 1. Yalis are revered as guardians of heaven, protecting the divine realm from evil forces. 2. They embody the union of opposing energies: strength and agility, stability and dynamism. 3. Yalis are considered auspicious symbols, representing good fortune and prosperity. Depiction 1.Commonly depicted in ancient and medieval Indian temple sculptures, often guarding entrances or flanking doorways. 2. Typically shown with the body of an elephant, the face and mane of a lion, and sharp teeth and claws. 3. The sculptures often feature intricate carvings, highlighting their ferocious yet majestic nature. 4. In South Indian temples, Yalis are frequently depicted with a smaller elephant-like body and a larger lion-like head. 5.In North Indian art, Yalis are sometimes shown with wings, emphasizing their divine and powerful nature. Mythical connections 1. Yalis are linked to the Hindu god Vishnu, who is often depicted with Yali-like features. 2. In some myths, Yalis are said to have helped the gods (Devas) in battles against demons (Asuras). World wide similarities- We find similarities to the hippogryph and sphinx of ancient Mesopotamia and Egypt. Its European counterparts are fantastic medieval creatures such as the griffin with the head and wings of an eagle, and the body and tail of a lion. Like these other divine creatures of myth, the yali is a symbol of strength and vigilance

Welcome to Saturday Night Live Art Shows! See my "Shining Ones" energy art at https://lnkd.in/gq_3W3dv. Welcome to this special celebration of Saturday Night Live Art Show’s four year anniversary. It is also my 2 year anniversary or creating and sharing art every day with you. I am celebrating with a new collection that is very meaningful for me. The “Shining Ones” collection was inspired in a very unusual way. It was based on a dream I had where I was living in an ancient time, and when I woke up, the name Sumeria kept running through my mind. I thought I had heard the word before and thought it was a place but knew nothing. In looking it up, I found out The Sumerians were an advanced ancient civilization considered one of the earliest known civilizations in human history renowned for their advancements in writing, mathematics, astronomy, architecture, and governance. The, I were credited with developing the first evidence of writing. And the pictures online looked like what I saw in my dream. An indication of a past life? Who knows, but I thought it really fascinating. As I researched it, I ran across information on The "Shining Ones", and found the pictures looked similar to another piece of art I created a year ago called the Shiny Ones! This Shiny Ones was inspired by a teacher, who mentioned the name. This design is inspired by those who shine their light, their beauty and energy to help light the way for others and make the world a better place. In Sumerian culture, The Shining Ones were divine beings associated with wisdom, power, and enlightenment, often linked to the sun and stars that were intermediaries between humanity and the gods, offering spiritual guidance. So these pieces of art seem related and somehow inspired by something beyond me and that I can not explain, but I share them with you in the hopes that the energy of the art will help light the way for your own wisdom, power and enlightenment. Raise the vibe in your space today. Great design starts with energy. When your space is better, you are better. When you are better, the world is better. The world needs you. My unique Interior Design philosophy.. "Aligned Deisgn", combines The ART of beauty The SCIENCE of color The ENERGY of well-being. Art + Science + Energy = Magic. #AIart #FractalArt #sumerians #sumerianmythology #shiningone #languageofthebirds #DigitalArtistry #interiordesign #connectionthroughart #Modernglobalinteriors #energyart #subliminalart #edesign #snlartshows https://lnkd.in/gZikZk4Q

LEMURIA Many remember the name. A civilisation that is said to have existed long before even the time of Atlantis. A civilisation incredibly connected to nature. Heart based. And now - it is becoming again so very relevant. THE SOUTH POLE AND MELTING ICE CAPS The Ancient Lemuria landmass is said to be close to the South Pole and is once again busy resurfacing. As the ice is melting, the Earth is starting to light up in that very area. Broadcasting a very high frequency. The resonance of Love. THE ANCIENT LEMURIANS So who were the Ancient Lemurians? Why is this relevant? Without knowing much, I have been traveling with a 15 kg Lemurian crystal quartz since the year 2000. Lemurian crystals are unique in that they appear far more watery than any other quartz crystal.. You cannot mistake them. But there is no ACTUAL water in them. It is an appearance. A resonance. Of unbelievably gentle, pure, flowing energy. People often have had a very curious reactions to the Lemurian I am the guardian of. Holding it like a baby. With pure joy. An indigenous shaman in Chile once channelled its ancient name.. But that is not important. What is important is for us to receive the blessings of the Ancient People of Lermuria. AN ABILITY TO DEMATERIALISE Because they had a unique ability. They could dematerialise. They were able to go - at will - from one form to another. How? They were able to hold a very high frequency of Light. And at this time when we are - for the first time ever - are taking our bodies ALSO into high frequency, this ability to hold Light becomes incredibly important. It is all about the Light! THE IMPRESSIONISTS A very strong awareness of this Lemurian energy was held within the Impressionist Art movement. Artists are always much more in tune with new incoming energy because of their highly developed intuition and sensitivity to nature. And so the great Impressionist masters like Monet and Van Gogh left us a precious heritage. Reminding us to always search for the Light. Finding ways to anchor and hold it in our physical, material world. TRUTH So Truth. Do you hold a memory, or even a reincarnated aspect of the time and frequency of Ancient Lemuria? Is that a part of your pure essence? And have you chosen to - in your present incarnation - awaken that ability even more? As part of your deep love for the Earth? And to help others to remember and awaken that too? LISTEN TO YOUR HEART IT WILL TELL YOU! Elizabeth For SACRED EARTH & STORM SCHOOL Calling the Ancient Lemurians and its energy to awaken!. Join me for an Earth journey on the Western Coast of France. Retracing the footsteps of those anchoring the Light - Mont Saint Michel, Normandy Champagne, Paris. Details: 15-30 November 2024 (when Pluto finally enters Aquarius) Email [email protected] or WhatsApp +27 662124130 for more info. ?? Meteoric Iron: Holding the Space in Your Hands ?? Have you ever wondered what it would be like to hold a piece of a distant star? Meteoric iron is a unique material that formed in the depths of space billions of years ago. This metal primarily consists of iron (around 90%) and nickel (up to 10%), with rare elements like cobalt and phosphorus. These elements give meteorites their characteristic Widmanst?tten patterns — mysterious lines that can be seen on the metal's surface. ?? Ancient civilizations highly valued meteoric iron. In Egypt, it was used to create ritual objects and weapons, such as the famous dagger of Pharaoh Tutankhamun. In Mesopotamia and Turkey, this metal was crafted into swords and jewelry, regarded as a gift from the gods. ??? But here's an interesting thought: what if those ancient people had access to our modern analyzer? ?? With X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analysis, they could have accurately determined the material's composition and realized its extraterrestrial origin. Imagine how their perception of this "heavenly iron" might have changed if they knew they were holding a metal that formed billions of years ago in the depths of space! Today, meteoric iron continues to fascinate us. Jewelry made from this metal is not only beautiful but also carries a piece of cosmic history. Wearing such an accessory means having a direct connection to the infinite universe. ???? Want to learn more about meteoric iron or thinking about owning a piece of it? Share your thoughts in the comments on what impresses you the most about this story!
