It’s not enough to be “right” about land use and zoning. Understanding local concerns and addressing them in a respectful way that makes sense locally is often missing from the discourse. Communication and consensus-building is critical to addressing the housing crisis. This is a cool article outlining some useful strategies for the next time you are talking about housing.
