More things to try than there is time—Runway came out with video to video about two weeks ago. Tried a handful of different of prompts with mixed results, but overall it's a pretty user friendly way (if you can pay for it) to do high quality video to video. You might notice the lip movement isn't great—this is because depending on the prompt, you're fighting more or less against the influence of the original video (me). When I tried to drastically go against my original features (change to a woman), forcing the style to have a bigger influence was necessary but as a result it overpowered the original video. Credits get burned up quick with these (and I don't pay for unlimited) so I didn't experiment ?????? much.
