Used by big names like Canva and Uber, Monday.com stands out with its simplicity and beautiful interface. It offers up to 1,000 projects and various views in the free version. However, it's limited to two users. Upgrade to add more users and access advanced features like automation and integrations. 2. Atlassian Jira Originally designed for software developers, Jira is now used across various industries. It offers five views (summary, board, list, calendar, and timeline) and allows up to 10 users with 2GB storage. Note: No pre-built templates and the interface could be more visually appealing. Upgrade for more users and advanced features. 3. Asana Asana makes it easy to add recurring tasks and has a visually appealing calendar view with color coding.
