Two key insights I love to share with patients: 1. Our eyes offer a window into what’s happening in the inner ear. 2. The Epley Maneuver doesn’t work for every type of BPPV. Here’s a classic case of geotropic nystagmus during the right roll test. As always, remember to assess both sides and consider the Bow and Lean test if there’s any uncertainty about the affected side.
