As Black History Month comes to a close, we’re taking a moment to celebrate the conversations, learning, and moments of connection shared across our FIRST community ? Throughout February, our BIPOC Employee Interest Group curated opportunities to reflect on Black culture, history, and excellence—past and present. From a powerful book club discussion on Razorblade Tears to weekly spotlights on Black change-makers in film, music, sports, and activism, we engaged in meaningful dialogue about representation, resilience, and impact. We also shared resources to support Black-owned businesses, honored trailblazers like Shirley Chisholm and Autumn Lockwood, and explored the creative influence of icons like Tina Turner, Ava DuVernay, and Beyoncé. And in true FIRST fashion, we did it together—with curiosity, appreciation, and a commitment to amplifying Black voices year-round. To our BIPOC team and all who contributed—thank you for fostering a culture of learning and action. Black history is more than a month; it’s a legacy that shapes the present and the future ??? #BlackHistoryMonth #PeopleAtFIRST #FIRSTAgency
