Some of us have been guilty of contemplating why we didn’t start taking care of ourselves earlier, especially since therapy isn’t getting any cheaper (yet ????). Lately, the hustle and bustle of everyday life seems to be getting more chaotic, with balancing academics and life beyond work. That’s why, as part of our well-being programme, we have arranged a session on “Building a Healthy & Happy Life – Start Early” on 21st October for MYP and DP students from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. The speaker, Ms. Anitha, founder of Green Health Studio, has spent years mastering the art of Yoga, Meditation, and Mindfulness. It will be a delight to have her speak to our students about promoting well-being. We believe the session will help our students realise how they can get a head start on happiness and a healthy lifestyle because one thing we can all agree on is that adulting can be quite a headache.
