(Re)Discover YouSelf is a transformational program that takes you in a quest of Self. ? Duration: 3 – 5 months This program is for those who: ?? no longer find themselves in the current role/ job/activity and seek clarity in finding the right direction; ?? are ready for a major change on a personal or professional level and want to understand what is their way of doing change; ?? feel stuck in certain situations, although they have tried many approaches and want to identify the blocks that keep them in loops; ?? are passionate about self-knowledge and evolution and want to take their process to the next level; ?? have mental and emotional stability, but they are currently facing a crisis situation for which they seek guidance. I created this program as a synthesis of lessons learnt from my own experiences and of the individuals I have worked with so far. I will not give you a “success recipe”, but tools that will bring you closer to YourSelf. Here’s what you get in this program: ? 1 Basic profile reading (profile and unconscious negative patterns). The information in your profile will become your compass, that will guide you towards your throug your self discovery journey. ? 1 Blueprint reading (your blueprint and current actions vs. blueprint). The information in your blueprint can be used whenever you want to make changes – to create something new/ to correct imbalances in your current experiences. ? 8 Design Coaching Sessions (online), to guide you through the process of self-discovery and realignment to YourSelf. ? The recording of the sessions to listen afterwards, whenever you need, as you integrate the new patterns into your daily life. ? Homework – to reprogram the subconscious and integrate new information. ? Tailored assignments that support your process. ? Support on WhatsApp/e-mail for the entire duration of the program. ?? ?????? ?????????? ?????????? ??????! Yesterday, I went for my son’s mid-term review of his school work. The feedback I got from his teachers were so impressive despite the fact that he joined this school the last week of the first term. I was so elated. It was a proud mum moment for me. Infact the feedback from his mathematics teacher was so satisfying. He approached my son to join his class because he identified him as a very bright boy. My son agreed and is doing way above the target that was set for him. Why am I sharing this? You see, all the while I assumed he wasn’t taking his studies seriously. I didn’t see him sit down to study as I wanted him to. But reflecting on this coupled with the feedback I got from his teachers yesterday, here are some lessons I learned: ?? Every individual has their learning style (I’m aware of this but you know I just wanted to see that traditional way of studying with my son ??) ?? Assumptions are very deadly - this has affected and handicapped a lot of people (I’ll be sharing the deadly impact of assumptions next week) ?? Everyone wants to identify with success. ?? When you see a successful person, be reminded that a lot hardwork, sweat and ‘blood’ (literally) has gone on behind the scenes. ?? Your good work is being noticed even if no one tells you or acknowledges it openly. ?? Be confident in your abilities. ?? Challenge yourself and go beyond the limits. I was wrong after all to believe my son wasn’t studying as he should. ?????? ???? ?????????????? ?????????????????? ???? ???????? ???????? ???? ?????? ?????????? ???????? ???????????? ?? ?????? ?????????????????? ????. ?? Today was a good Saturday! ?? I took some time to live in the moment and embrace a slower pace, which I’ve realized is key for my well-being. I had the pleasure of enjoying brunch with my mentor, Carol, from Project Restart. A huge thank you to Tiffany for connecting us! ?? During our time together, we brainstormed ideas, which reminded me how valuable it is to have a support system. Here’s what I took away from the experience: Connection: Building relationships with mentors and friends opens up new perspectives. They provide guidance and insights that can help shape your path. Brainstorming: Engaging in discussions with others can spark creativity. Don't hesitate to share your thoughts and ideas—sometimes, the best solutions come from collaboration!
