On Wednesday, Sept. 11, all First Interstate Bank locations closed at noon so our employees could participate in our seventh annual Commitment to Community Volunteer Day. Helping our neighbors, particularly those most in need, is central to First Interstate’s mission. That’s why our 3,500 employees lent their strength to volunteer projects in the communities we serve, bringing much-needed support to nonprofit organizations. Mission Possible Fall Sweep is the big job of transitioning the thrift store from summer to fall clothing. #TeamFirstInterstate in Grant City, Missouri, was up to the task, tagging items and decorating for the upcoming holiday season. Volunteers also packed 252 bags of shelf-stable meal bundles for children eligible for free and reduced lunches—that’s seven weekends of food for each qualifying child! #VolunteerDay2024 #BetterTogether Member FDIC.
