Day 4 of #25daysofdatawithwida!! I finished the Workout Wednesday Challenge with power bi and i am excited with how it turned out. I used error bars to recreate a nested column chart which isn't a part of the visuals in the power bi app. It was fun but also a bit challenging. ADDING ANALYTICS TO A KNACK APP My new video series shows how to setup simple analytics for your Knack app. Why use this solution? Knack doesn't work with regular analytics software (like Google analytics) because: -> Code snippets don't register individual page views -> Knack app URLs are not human-readable You can customise Google Analytics to work with Knack, but it's overly-complicated and difficult. This video teaches a simple but effective method instead. We use a tiny bit of custom-code and a Make scenario to record analytics data into a Google Spreadsheet. In video 02 (coming soon) we convert that raw google sheets data into a lovely, dynamic report. Just processed an Excel operation on a file with over 5,000 rows using our fine-tuned model at https://www.trydecide.co. It completed in under a minute ??
