I recently went back to writing more POC using GFS paper and I was able to understand how download buffer can integrated into servers to ensure smooth data flow. All the data items are stored in the server's memory each with its own expiry time the server has a background routine for clearing out expired data so the server can do whatever it feels with the data. #learning #distributedsystem #concurrency
