If there was one word to describe my week it would probably be insane. As a person in a leadership position and a mum at home, the diary is always full. And as for me this week: diverse. That means: - met my new non-executive director William - recruiting for our legal team - a new innovative idea for our communities - strategising our IPO - legal discussions about corporate structure and then going home and spending time with my daughter. Between all these things, I find it hard to switch off when lying in bed at night. But that's when I get the best ideas and the creativity flows.
