Resident Rights and Morale: Uphold the highest standards in protecting resident and patient rights and boosting team member morale. ? To be hired through the ACE Program, individuals must meet the minimum qualifications of the job and provide a Certification of Disability from the California Department of Rehabilitation or a Veterans Preference Letter from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Definition: Under general supervision, makes investigations to determine the eligibility of applicants for psychiatric care and services; evaluates information gained through interviews and collateral sources; makes determination on one of several alternative procedures; completes appropriate forms and documents relating to intake procedures; makes pertinent determinations and recommendations; and performs related duties as required.
