With our new PDF & JPEG export quality selector in Figma and FigJam, you can now choose from: ? High ? Medium ? Low We tested it with baby hippo Moo Deng and no matter the output quality, still cute If you need a WebP Exporter Plugin → https://figma.bot/47uEvPm (by Tobias Schwerdtfeger)

Why can't I select multiple frames and export them as a single pdf? I always need to create a new page to do that

Shouldn't pdf exports be vector based rather than raster based. Why do we need quality selector for PDFs?

The worst tech company when it comes to product rollouts, especially with UI3, where updates are inconsistent across organizational licenses, making it hard to train teams or keep everyone aligned. Furthermore, their UI3 waitlist appears misleading; many who signed up haven't received the update, while others who didn't join the list have.

Awesome! Many hours will be saved on compressing PDF files exported from Figma.

Haha, love the baby hippo reference! This new feature is a game-changer for designers who need flexibility with file sizes and quality.

Everybody wants best quality, duh. What matters is file size. That's what I want you to tell me about. Not really a fan of dumbing things down for casual users if that means hindering professionals to do their best job.

Thank you, that's great! On the "Export" note: I have a suggestion regarding PDF exports from Figma. We've encountered issues where PDFs exported directly from Figma often don't open in Adobe Acrobat. Here's our current workaround: 1. Export the PDF from Figma 2. Open the exported file in Preview (Apple's PDF viewer) 3. Re-export from Preview, selecting the 'Create PDF/A' option 4. Open this new PDF in Adobe Acrobat, where we can then significantly compress the file (achieving up to 10x reduction in file size) This process helps because Figma-exported PDFs tend to be very large files. It would be great if you could look into improving PDF file compatibility + giving the option to reduce file sizes for direct exports from Figma. Thanks!
