You have to invest in the people/company’s around you, don’t expect to put 1 post/video every 12 months and expect your buisness to grow. You need to be seen to helping and sharing other people’s ideas/services in order for them and you to grow. Sales and marketing will help your company grow faster if you work together. ??????????

Advice of the day: Bet on yourself, be unapologetically you, be relentless in delivering services that don't break, invite marketing & sales professionals into your conversations, include people who are versed in building systems & processes, stop ?? giving your intellectual property away to ????'s that use you & toss you out once they have gotten what they wanted, & never, never apologize for using an f-bomb from time to time. I think this is a key insight: you need both entrepreneurial drive and vigor as well as people who make operations predictably of high quality to create excellent businesses. Usually, this involves the fanatic entrepreneurs giving way to the "bean counters" (but you need a certain amount of both.as people like Welch & Iacocca re-discovered in the 1070s & '80s).

Great advice and I’m sure we’ve heard it all before! Live by your guiding light of values and belief in yourself. Real values never change, regardless of how strong the winds are and believe in yourself is the support that keeps you strong and leads to ultimate success.
