In the last year, I’ve learnt how spatial frequencies are the basic building blocks of wireless channels. Near- and far-field channels use them in different ways to represent planar and spherical waves. Alva, ?zlem, Nikolaos, and I have written a tutorial paper explaining these concepts and their implications. It is a recommend reading for anyone who wants to understand MIMO channels better.
