Our Black Advocate Alliance (BAA) Associate Resource Group at Family Dollar hosted a cultural celebration at the National African American History Museum in Washington, DC in partnership with our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) team. While exploring African American history and contributions, those who attended gained new insights during a panel and presentation on resilience and determination. A special thank you to Chief Diversity Officer Jessica (Jess) Thomas, BAA Executive Sponsor Bonita Price, and BAA leaders Freddie Roberts, Connie Edwards, and Goddard Robinson, as well as the associates who came to network and learn. #Belonging #EquityAndInclusion #Resilience #Careers #EmployeeResourceGroup?

Retail & Logistic Management
2 周Your stores in Cincinnati are filled with family members of the managers or vice versa. There the stores are constantly closed down. There’s always signs of saying the Internet is down when it simply isn’t. Because the employees tell us it’s not down. It’s just poor management. I know so many veterans And local who would love to work for your company, but you guys simply don’t hire us. There is three stores today that had closed doors during business hours. With signs that said they’re hiring and Internet is down. What is the problem? I’ve been trying to contact someone from the company for the longest.
