Key Takeaways from the session: 1?? Institutional firms & mid-market portfolios are heavily focusing on the intersection of humans-and-technology for both building & internal operations. 2?? Centralization & Technology is leading to scalability for portfolios by allowing property managers & asset owners to manage more, with less. This includes Vendors, where they are being invited to consult & assist in more strategic conversations internally. 3?? Ai is a big focus on pre-leasing, specifically in the marketing & qualifying stage, but Humans are not going anywhere and many potential leasers still expect some aspect of human interaction when finding a new apartment. 4??
