Fairbanks Scales @FairbanksScales is happy to announce that Mary Legg has been promoted to Administration Supervisor. Mary will be assisting with the daily responsibilities of her group, training, and supporting their efforts. Mary has been with Fairbanks for almost 16 years. She began her duties in the Detroit CSC in 2009 as a Service Administrator. Mary and her family moved to Houston in November 2015, which caused her to resign. A month later, she came back to administer the Oklahoma City territory and eventually the Houston CSC. Mary has been a valuable piece of the Administration team as she strives to make a positive difference every day. In June of 2024, with the process improvement for PSTS order and portal's submission, Mary was asked to assist with this effort. Since then, automated commissions and reporting, as well as portal submissions have improved, helping our collections efforts.
