?? Community Care for Harm Reduction Workers: Virtual Grief Mutual Aid Harm reduction workers carry so much: saving lives while navigating loss, systemic harm, and burnout. It’s time for community care. Reframe Health and Justice, in collaboration with NASTAD, is launching a paid, virtual Grief Mutual Aid cohort for frontline harm reduction workers and middle management. This 5-month closed support group will meet once a month from March to July to hold space for grief, connection, and healing. Who should apply? ? Frontline harm reduction workers (outreach, case managers, nurses, peer workers) ? Middle management balancing direct service & organizational responsibilities ? BIPOC, queer, and trans folks are strongly encouraged to apply What’s included? ? $500 stipend for participants to create their own grief mutual aid project ? A supportive, closed community space for healing and connection ?
