How Space Time Evovlved: Minkowski Spacetime and His Original Paper 'Raum und Zeit' (The Hidden Story) Minkowski space is the first and foremost steps towards learning Relativity. This video explains about Minowski space time and Loremtz transformation. You will be learning the evolution of the concept of space from the early Greeks, Aristotle, Plato, their works and how Copernicus and Galileo transformed our understanding of space. You will also learn the mathematical definitions of Euclidean and Minkowski space. Most importantly, you will learn the original paper that Minkowski submitted named as "Raum und Zeit" - Space and time. I have included the research paper of Prof.Thulbart Damour. He shows that Minkowski did not mention about the early contributiions of Poincare in framing relativity and examines on the reasons. This video, contains excerpts from Prof. Damour's research work. I have given the link below. ?Introduction ?Why do we need to define space ?Evolution of the concept of space ? Euclidean space ?Minkowski space ?How light cones evolved ? Hyperbolic model and the light cone ? The paper of Minkowski spacetime ?Why Minkowski did not mention Poincare ?Euclidean and Minkowski space ? Summary ?Conclusion Link to Prof. Thibault Damour's original paper:https://lnkd.in/gQnzJwxt #whatisminkowskispace #minkowskispacetimeexplained #minkowskispaceandlorentztransformation https://lnkd.in/gGc3zuRY

The planets move along *straight paths—geodesics in curved spacetime*. We *perceive* those straight paths as elliptical orbits around the sun. As we add dimensions, our understanding of the universe becomes more comprehensive, revealing that what we thought were complex curves may be simpler paths in a higher-dimensional context. I'm not just taking about the implications of general relativity. I'm talking about the creative process. And how we can move our art and science forward. There is little use here in throwing out bullet points that will be lost in the void. Rather, I want to inspire you to think. Think from unique perspectives about higher—and lower—dimensions. Use that exercise to untwist the fabric of your thoughts. Create. Footnote: For a better explanation of 4D spacetime, watch Claudia de Rham. WARNING: Barbenheimer Alert! (not Claudia de Rham; but, well, you'll see!) https://lnkd.in/gsGpz6Je #CreativeLeadership #InnovativeThinking #StrategicCreativity #ExecutiveLeadership #CLevelStrategy #SeniorLeadership #CreativeVision #BusinessInnovation #InspireChange #LeadershipPerspective

This is the outcome of spearheading operational excellence in an organization. All systems are in sync and performing to their best! After years of trials and failures,Space X finally achieved this goal with this perfect docking of this huge rocket. Imagine a 41-storey building being held by chopsticks! A milestone in space exploration that shouldn't only be celebrated by Elon Musk and the team, but by all those interested in understanding what's above humanity in outer space. Imagine courier services to Mars and the Moon, that is what we are talking about with this rocket! As I celebrate this, the key question is what lessons do organisations learn from this in achieving operational excellence?
