(epinephrine injection, USP) via DirectRelief.org. *** From our partners at ARS Pharmaceuticals, Inc. *** In North Carolina and surrounding areas: an increase in insect bites, particularly from yellow jackets, have led to a spike in anaphylactic reactions there. To support these communities, ARS is donating 1,700 @neffyrx prescriptions (two devices per pack). These were officially loaded on a truck Friday night and will be delivered today/Saturday to United Way North Carolina chapter. We expect neffy will be distributed via helicopter to EMS groups and areas most impacted by the storm over the weekend. If anyone needs access to neffy devices, contact United Way North Carolina directly for assistance (www.unitedwaync.org). https://lnkd.in/gKAt3ZTP https://lnkd.in/gR3QKWjz https://lnkd.in/gdGWUb-E CONTINUED - FOOD BANKS IN BELOW COMMENTS ? #Anaphylaxis #Epinephrine #HurricaneHelene #NorthCarolina #EMS #Emergency #EmergencyServices #Rescue #Allergy #FoodAllergy #FoodBanks
