One of the things that's often missed when estimating the impact of a new domain is, how much of it is an idea being "peddled" and how much of it is a demonstration of its implementation. We get so carried away with the beauty of the technology and the inflated scope that we miss to factor in the immediate use cases and the time it can take for adoption at scale.

Fascinating, relatable and probably terrifying for design system teams because this illustrates the reality of implementing a true enterprise-level design system perfectly. Great suggestions for what it means to be “core” team and also what it shouldn’t mean. But more importantly highlights the vital need to have insight into design system tiered adoption in your org so that you can accurately architect the system of systems that best delivers to your product team consumers. Lots to learn here
