And who you were before, now it's a new day. It's a new opportunity to take on that perception, that perspective of who you are and believe it. OK. The second thing I want, I will ask everyone out there who's tuning in right now, think about the skill sets that you've accumulated over the years. What skill sets do you have that you can transfer elsewhere, right? And the reason why I'm saying this because from that last slide, there's not going to be as much opportunities out there in the oil and gas industry, but what other industries does the skill sets you have can be transferable? Right. Is it project management is a leadership development is an accounting? Is it data analytics? Whatever it is, start doing some reflecting on OK, well, how do we, what have I learned? What can I learn? I remember when I first started my career, I didn't think I had any transferable skill sets. That was just because of lack of it was a blinder on my on my part. Start viewing yourself, start thinking and even ask your social circles, Hey, where do you see kind of my strengths and weaknesses? Where my skill sets go? Where do you see me potentially going? OK.
