He is very innovative and I think he opens up himself to learning how to be even more innovative through the process, but also think it's about the positive mindset that Linux has. He really truly cares about this company that's living life as a contribution. And ever since he created that vision, this federally registered trademark actually of living life as contribution, Lennox. The one who was constantly reminding us of that and of course, helping us make that our primary value proposition. Personally, I'm just so thankful my grandparents and my parents, the team, each of us has our had our team and my granddad's team, my dad's team. Now it's our turn and 4th generation, my daughter is in the in the company right now and our future is looking bright. Lennox is a very curious individual. I think that makes just an amazing. Peter, it's through that curiosity of wondering how can we help our brokers have one more transaction, You know, how can we help the transactional process be slightly better. That is one of the best things that I think of that Linux brings to the leadership at Jamal Scott. Our success planner, John Scott, is positive mindset, skill mastery and personal engagement activities. The Buffini company is just fantastic. We met about 24 to 25 years ago. They're the masters at personal engagement and it just spoke to us. It's how we approached business on a personal relationship basis. He is so enthusiastic and dedicated to making a difference in not just the community and everything as a whole, but for each person. He communicates with and that's really shown through in his leadership and pushing things forward. His involvement in the community and how he works with Children's Hospital. He really, really believes in what he does every day and he stays involved in it and and I think that the people see that about him. We had a a statement years ago about the joy of life is living life. Purpose and passion. We help sponsor events that help raise about $20 million a year, so it's a substantial amount since 1997. Well, actually became a franchise owner for John L Scott and then I really started to see the amount of love and support to that. You know, the entire company of course had Lennox was so much behind that, working through a marketing initiatives and technology and of course, you know, figuring out all the different challenges that are coming along the way. Every single conference or meeting we go to outside of our John L Scott community, people always come up to me and say, is he that energetic? Is he that excited about the future? Is this who he really is when he's at home? And the answer is yes, he's always operating 110%. We are so blessed to be in the real estate industry, to be in part of this special environment that we've created because it's all about personal expression. It's about being our best in life and helping one another, being a contribution that that's where the the joy comes in.
