Hosting isn’t about you - it’s about creating space for others! ???? That’s how I approached hosting stage 1 at OMT Conference 2024 in Mainz last week. To kick the 10 year anniversary off, Mario Jung ? held an insightful and inspirational keynote about the state of Online Marketing and then invited me to host this massive stage. ?? The job: Make sure that the audience is excited for each session, curious, ready to listen and learn. Wake them up, calm them down, make them wondering - depending what the speakers need. ?? The incredible speakers: Nora Taubert, Vanessa Wurster, Bruno L?w, Julia Wei?bach, Britta Behrens ??, Prof. Michael Hartmann, Wolfgang Jung ?? jungdigital. ?? After reading Dan’s article I can’t help but reflect on how I’m guilty of monologuing my way through my plan presentations. I do most if not all of the talking when I should be integrating breaks and checking in for understanding and engagement. I use Conquest’s present the story platform which is an awesome tool and was wondering what other planners do to integrate more interaction into their plan presentations?
