Hello. I'm Mike Ellenbogen, I'm speaking to you today as the co-founder of Evolv, now interim CEO, and as a person who has spent my career building technology to help keep people safe. Our company's origin is not born out of some MBA market analysis. We started Evolv because of an unfortunate necessity in today's world - the need for safer places, safer experiences, and peace of mind that should be a right to us as Americans, yet seems to grow more distant each day. There's a single word that ties everything we do together: trust. And it applies to every single stakeholder we touch. It's also a word that internally we at Evolv come back to time and again, particularly over this past year as we've navigated some of our toughest challenges that demand resiliency and clarity. As I look at the potential of our company and the future we can create together, I want to be clear in my immediate priorities, each one anchored to building back trust. One: continue to support our customers and their goals, to create safer experiences for their students, visitors, fans, and employees. This is the core mission for Evolv and all of the dedicated people who work here. Two: complete our financial restatement The Evolv team is actively in the process of completing the restatement to ensure accuracy of our financial reporting. Three: appoint a permanent CEO who will rise to the challenge of leading Evolv, As we reset, this is a unique moment in time where we can bring in a new leader who has the talent, operating prowess, and vision to write and execute Evolv's next chapter. Four: remain focused on delivering trusted security solutions. The fundamentals of our business remain strong. During the third quarter, we saw solid demand for Evolv Express and our recently introduced solutions, Evolv eXpedite and Evolv Eva, and we continue to grow our customer base. What I want to underscore is that not one of the challenges the company has faced has to do with the fundamental effectiveness of our technology. Our customers continue to report 500 to 1000 firearms detected per day. A school user in Champaign, IL announced last week that Express successfully identified a firearm in the backpack of a student trying to enter the school. It's impossible to predict intent, but this is just one of the many instances where Express did exactly what it is intended to do and contributed to the prevention of a potential tragedy.
