Our colleagues in the Digital Services Team of the Department of Social Protection are leading on a project to help customers learn how to use digital services offered by the Intreo public employment service. ? ???? The Intreo project involves introducing self-service computers in 55 centres across the country (like the Newcastle West centre pictured below). ?? This initiative aims to support customers to access an array of expanding digital services, with the assistance of Digital Customer Service Representatives. Intreo staff guide customers in using online services, particularly?www.MyWelfare.ie,?illustrating their ease of use. ? ??
