EVgo and Toyota North America have opened their first dc fast-charging (DCFC) stations in Baldwin Park and Sacramento, California, as part of Toyota’s “Empact” vision to expand electric vehicle (EV) charging access in underserved communities. These co-branded stations, owned and operated by EVgo, feature 350-kW EV fast chargers and can simultaneously serve up to eight vehicles.
