What about a community? Last year we started to build an international community for HR passionate people, for the ones who want to transform or be part of the transformation of HR world. I thought that the most important ingredients we need for this are: international connectivity, sharing experience, actual information. I know it will be a difficult path, but I started anyway and now, after almost 6 months we are more than 100 members and we organized a series of LIVE sharing experiences sessions moderated by remarkable people like: Mihai Dragnea, Daniela Necefor, Dobre Nóra, Coralie Nicodème, Florin Andrei Dumitru, Maria Prashkova, Nikki Blaser, Alina Ungureanu, Ema Capitanescu and Raluca Paduraru. But, this is just the beginning, because this year there will be much more to share with you, so stay tuned :) Till than, however, we encourage you to join this community.
