This is great course to further understand the reasoning mechanism of LLM and their limitations. Great explanation Denny Zhou and thanks for sharing it Dawn Song My takeaways: 1) Providing examples that includes intermedia steps and self consistency can significantly improve the LLM’s reasoning performance in both training time and inference time. 2) LLM can be easily distracted by irrelevant context and cannot self correct reasoning yet.
