Correct Answer: B) The students who studied hard passed the exam. Explanation: A restrictive clause provides essential information about the noun it modifies and is not set off by commas. In sentence B, "who studied hard" is a restrictive clause that specifies which students passed the exam. Sentence A incorrectly uses commas, suggesting a nonrestrictive clause, which would imply all students studied hard. Sentence C incorrectly uses a comma after "students" but not after "hard," creating a punctuation error. Sentence D incorrectly uses "that" instead of "who" for people and includes an unnecessary comma.

Dear CS Professional, Why many students fail in the CS exam continuously? I found some solutions. I think Question paper setter expectation different from exam valuers! Last some years, Question papers setter of CS Professional Program setting question for checking the concept of the subject through small case laws ( 2 or 3 or 5 mark questions) So most of the students write answers shortly based on concept as per the paper setter expectations. But exam valuers doesn't think like that, so that they doesn't give full marks because they expect lengthy elaborate answers. So my point of view, Question paper setters and exam valuers should be the same persons or atleast paper setter should provide hint answer to exam valuers what they expect from the students?. This is my humble request. I welcome different opinion also. Thanking you.

Correct Answer: D) If she had studied harder, she would have passed the exam. Explanation: The third conditional tense is used for hypothetical situations in the past that did not happen. It uses "had" plus the past participle in the if-clause and "would have" plus the past participle in the main clause. Sentence D correctly uses this structure. Choices A, B, and C incorrectly mix tenses or use the wrong conditional form.

It’s 2024, and yet another year where the CLAT conducting body has managed to repeat the same mistakes, leaving students confused and demotivated. This year’s paper has 5-7 questions riddled with ambiguity or outright errors. What’s even more ironic? Under the “Logical Reasoning” section, we have questions that are anything but logical—illogical questions in a logical reasoning section! Let that sink in. General Knowledge, the most prepared section by students, is reduced to passage-based trivia that leaves even the brightest students baffled. How is this a fair test of preparation? And the biggest flaw? No prescribed syllabus. Every year, students are left to guess what might appear in the paper, and when they do prepare extensively, they are blindsided by questions that don’t align with any reasonable expectation. This isn’t just an exam—it’s a stress test of uncertainty and poor planning. To the CLAT conducting body: Students deserve better. Aspirants put in months, even years, of hard work, only to be let down by errors, ambiguities, and inconsistent patterns. It’s time for accountability, transparency, and a structured approach to designing the exam. Future lawyers of the country deserve an examination that reflects the excellence and fairness they are preparing to uphold.

You must know about a technique that can be used but that few people know about. If you want to receive the answer from the LLMs in a clear format, but at the same time you want to give it time to "think" (to generate intermediate calculations and reasoning steps), you can request the output of two fields: - The reasoning (as an array of strings - these will be the steps)? - The final answer.? The LLM's thoughtful consideration before providing an answer significantly enhances its quality. The beauty of this process lies in its efficiency- it's all completed in a single request, eliminating the need for manual adjustments between the reasoning and the answer.

Both self pace modules cleared in 20 days.(without taking classes) . . . here are my takeaway points for the exam. 1- focus on selective chapters with higher weightage and numerical questions (specially in cost). 2- In cost, the second module has more weightage and that is easy to cover in terms of no. of pages. 3- 70% coverage is enough to clear the exam, but that needs to be done properly. 4- For law, Shubham Singhal sir's revision videos are best and that's very obvious now I guess. 5- For cost, self study worked in my case. Reading module 4 to 5 times helped a lot rather than any video on the internet. Best of luck.

Below are some practical steps that helped us stay organised and navigate our law studies during university; ensuring we scored top grades. Here’s how ?? 1. Start Early: use planners to track assignment deadlines and allocate study time. 2. Summarise: summarising notes and readings weekly into outlines to make exam preparation much easier. 3. Read actively and ensure you focus more on the principles rather than passively reading. 4. Write case summaries that summarise the facts, issues, rulings and reasonings to aid recall. 5. Master IRAC (Issue, Rule, Application and Conclusion) crucial to achieving those higher grades.
