We are spoiled for choice these days on how we can leave feedback, Trustpilot , Google , Meta and so many more but it still sometimes feels a bit desperate as a business owner to ask. Refresh (verb) ?? 1. give new strength or energy to; reinvigorate. For many courses we deliver, we realise that we're going back to old ways of doing things. We receive no updates, no newness, no adaptations after being trained. However, it is imperative that our knowledge is up-to-date, current and always looked at from a fresh perspective. For Suicide First Aid Associate Tutors, who have invested 4 full days participating and learning to be Associate Tutors, there is an expectation to deliver our courses, but sometimes life gets in the way and we end up losing track. However, here at NCSPET, we care for our tutors and find every way to support them and help them make a get back up and running with SFA whenever they've been out of delivering for a set period of time. SFA Refresh is only one of our many pieces of support for Tutors who have not delivered for over a year, and acts a great opportunity to give new strength or energy to SFA Tutors and allows them to see the course from a new perspective. Support like this helps provide a helping hand and ensures that when delivering these life saving programmes, you won't be alone on the journey!
