We are thrilled to announce Gary Pollard’s promotion to Chief Human Resource and Business Operations Officer of Synergos Companies (our parent company). Gary joined Synergos in 2020 from a sister Asahi Kasei company in the Pharmaceutical Segment following years of private and consulting HR work. He brought with him an ability to develop and implement strategies that support growing and changing organizations, which has been instrumental in the strategic development of our company structure, governance, and cultural approach as we strive to be the employer of choice in our industry. In his new role, Gary will continue to manage legal, administrative, and IT matters, develop our national HR organization, and oversee the integration of new and organically built companies into the Synergos family. #SynergosCompanies #CareerGrowth

As a sourcing organisation, we are specialised in the discipline of outsourcing processes and products within direct spend. We identify and work with Contract Manufacturing Organisations to outsource activities within drug substance, drug products and devices. ? In GSOD, the Category Management responsibilities are anchored with Uffe Holm, Petia Drechsler and Rune Tradsborg Pedersen, who within each their area, secure that we provide the best possible strategies and partners to our Product Supply organisation. ? A day for a Category Manager can include anything from reassessing if the category strategy is still suitable for the 10-year outlook for Novo Nordisk to plan for a partner meeting over to negotiate details in a contract. Our Category Managers?work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to drive forward activities within their category, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and maintaining professional excellence. ? Our scope of work and knowledge have positioned us at the forefront of the rapid organizational growth and development we are currently experiencing.?This has made our work challenging and immensely rewarding...
