HR at Aam Adami Party || TV Monitoring Intern at NDTV || Data entry at Aam Aadmi Party || Senior consultant at KCG || Ex Fashion Brand with 7000 per week sales.
You're not getting a job because you're bad at dating Sorry if this hurts you but most men suck at dating and hence are bad at sales and at selling themselves and standing out. It's all about having a great first impression and being confident enough to ask her out and skills that you'll always need at an interview include mastering communication skills. It's like a male peacock spreading their tale feathers to attract a female peacock. You can only learn through experience, trial and error. Reading a book about dating and job interviews won't make you a master. so go out there and shoot your shoot. learn to spot mistakes and work on them. Remember be it a job interview or a first date it is all about sales. Improving your dating skills can boost your job-hunting success. Both require making great first impressions, effective communication, and confidence. Like a peacock displaying its feathers, self-presentation is key. Learn from each experience, refine your approach, and embrace trial and error. Remember, dating and job interviews are both about selling yourself. Go out there and give it your best shot!

I was applied job to Ahmed Al Maryam Garments Trading LLC through indeed.com. I received interview schedule and I attended the interview. The manager said me you are selected but need to pay 300 AED for medical test and she was given the offer letter. I was shocked about their interview process. So many job seekers are called for the same purpose. In this I was learned a lesson to find the scam job offer. pls be aware for this scam job offers. 1. pls check the mail id whether getting mail from company ID or some other ID. 2. check the location marked with their company or address 3. call and confirm before attending the interviews 4. No money required for getting the jobs. I requested to the scam employment offices, don't waste time to others. everyone trying something to betterment for their life and time is so precious. please try to tell truth about the recruitment and don't cheat to others.

Permanent Recruitment and Property Specialist finding the right people for jobs and the right jobs for people. Career Coach. Dedicated to Unlocking Potential. Certified Infinite Possibilities Coach
Recruiter Rant Alert. I had an interesting convo today, I called an applicant and his opening gambit to me was 'come on then, sell me this job you've got'! A tad taken aback, I said 'sorry'? And he said again, come on, sell me this job, why do I want it then eh? O-kay. First off, it is not my job, or any recruiters job to 'sell you a job'. My job is to have an initial chat with you to find out about you, what you do/want to do you, your skills, abilities, aspirations and the sort of environment you will enjoy. Then, if appropriate we discuss the role and decide if we proceed to an interview. For a sales person himself, if he hasn't yet figured out that there is no way you can sell anything to anyone if you don't know what they want, its not a good sign. NEXT. EOR (End of rant).

Interviewing is always such a roller coaster experience. Sometimes I feel like the job seeking process is harder than a job. Multiple calendar invites, needing to know multiple companies agendas and the descriptions of roles. Remembering who is calling from which company for what position. It’s fun. Forces an organizational hand on you. The hard part is how long winded it can be. 2 weeks between interviews for the same company. Vague responses of “look for an email from HR” (like for what? Rejection? Next steps? An offer?) “Be patient with the hiring process as it has to go through multiple channels” (like sure. But how patient? And how do I tell the banks to be patient with my mortgage? lol)

Ok.. stupid question. I KNOW there are a lot of us mortgage people in a position we never thought we’d be in right now. But… are some of these companies really searching? ? Jobot has posted MULTIPLE VA/Lapp SAR positions in multiple states. I have applied for every single one. Crickets. Not even “ Thank you but…”. I received an e mail last week from a company that they liked my resume... Please take this knowledge test and we will advise if we are going to set up an interview. crickets. I’ve got the “thank you but no” after 3 interviews with 2 companies. I asked for some feedback. Crickets. It’s very disheartening as I love the job I have done for almost 40 years.. (THAT’S my knowledge test.. just sayin)I just want to work. I cannot tell you how many applications I’ve submitted since I lost my Job in Sept. but to only have had 3 interview after all of those is why I’m wondering about all the job listings. I do have another interview Monday and I’m so thankful. Saying prayers as I think it’s “the one”. ?????? I do want to thank a lot of people who post positive support for all of us job seekers. I just had to vent a little because it’s gotten me a little down lately. #greatemployee; #justwannawork

Placing Exceptional Technologists with Exceptional Companies | Technology Recruitment Expert | Talent Attraction and Retention Specialist | Investor
This September marks 16 years in FinTech Recruitment General musings for candidates: You should choose the agency you go through with as much rigour as you choose the job you go for If you’re convinced you smashed the interview and are definitely going to get the offer, you’re likely reading it wrong Mid-term opportunity trumps short-term money Beware who you give your CV to, you have no idea how some agencies actually work Agencies give feedback if they have it. If they don’t have it and are busy, they won’t give that feedback. If they’re quiet they’ll give it to you, but only as an excuse to try to pull leads from you
