If you're new to our channel, my name is Dr. David Middaugh, PT, DPT, FAAOMPT. I'm the owner of El Paso Manual Physical Therapy. We specialize in helping people avoid unnecessary surgery, injections, and medications so they can get back to being healthy, active, and mobile. We see patients in-person in our clinic in El Paso, Texas. We also help people online as students in our programs. My team and I have helped so many people with knee arthritis over the years and have figured out a consistent way to take pressure off the knee joint for the long term to help heal knee arthritis. You're likely not making a bad decision if you avoid having surgery for hip arthritis, but you are making a bad if you choose to do absolutely nothing about it. There are ways to massively improve your hip arthritis if you do the right treatment, possibly even fix it for good!
