So the follow-up post from last week. Actually there was something I hadn’t prepared for but it wasn’t to do with the running… ? When we looked out of the window in Saturday we were faced with heavy snow, so getting to the race was the first challenge. I thought I’d considered every possibility and I hadn’t, it completely threw us, what now? ? We checked the roads and realized with a slightly different route to normal and using the bigger car, we should be OK to drive over. Keeping an eye on the race website, we set off and the race was on. ? We completed the run despite running into a minor blizzard on the top of the Welsh hills, it was tough, the training paid off, however it was good to get back, get warm and dry and meet up with friends. ? So how does this relate to sales? This time, I think it’s just you have to set off, if you don’t make it to the start line, you’ll never make the finish. Pick up the phone, send that email, chat in the queue at the conference, you never know where it’ll lead. ? #prospecting #sales #salesfunnel
