The company now faces $51,000 in civil penalties and other measures. ? An inspection by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) found that the facility failed to meet a variety of requirements, including accumulating waste for more than 90 days, failing to prepare a contingency plan for emergencies, and failing to make arrangements with local emergency responders.
