One of the best things about being a construction is when problems are encountered on a project, is working with the team to come up to a. Viable solution to the problem and then see it implemented as the project goes along. A lot of the people come from the same background. I'm a military background and a lot of guys, you know, we click, we have that same kind of talk, we work the same, and we just basically work very well together. Our role as a construction inspector is to monitor contractors on their daily activities to make sure that they're following the standards and specifications that they're required to do. We compose data reports and at the end of each week we emailed those reports to our clients so they have an understanding of what's going on throughout the week. We attend progress meetings, provide insight and updates, communicate efficiently with our contractors, the engineers, and and of course our clients. As a construction manager, what I typically see from my point of view. As being the intermediary between the inspector and the client, I try to act as in the best interest as our stakeholders would intend to. Also working with scheduling to ensure that our team is on site overseeing the contractors, holding them accountable for what their intent is and what that scope can be. Where the eyes and ears out in the field for our clients were there to ensure that the contractor is following the plans to detail and the standards and specifications. We need someone on ground. We need that guy to kind of be in the weeds of what's going on with the grounds crew. A lot of times you'll see that there's a separation between what's going on in the office and what's going on in the field, and we're there to bridge that gap. We're there to communicate and to make sure that when things do arise, when problems arise, that we have them solve this. Quickly as possible and as efficiently as possible.
